Your contributions

As project leader, you will be responsible for the complete organisation and supervision of ventilation projects within sustainability projects. You step in at the pilot house and are then responsible for further roll-out and implementation. Your duties include: 

• Thinking along in project preparation (work packages, drawings, material flows and planning);
• Planning and coordinating assembly work and partly drafting the assembly schedule yourself;
• Managing, supervising and motivating on-site assembly crews;
• Ensure timely availability of materials and personnel;
• Monitoring planning, budget, quality and safety (incl. WKB);
• Coordinating with contractors, performers, suppliers and internal colleagues;
• Managing costs, procurement and extra work;
• Resolving technical and logistical bottlenecks;
• Ensure correct recording and neat delivery;
• Translating technical principles into practical implementation on site.

Your profile

We are looking for a Project Leader who combines engineering with natural leadership and connecting skills. This is what you bring to fill this role successfully:

• MBO+ working and thinking level with a construction or engineering background;
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week; 
• Several years of experience as a project manager within renovation, construction or installation engineering;
• Experience in residential renovation in occupied condition; affinity with ventilation systems is a plus;
• Knowledge of demand response systems and AutoCAD is a plus;
• Strong in organisation, cost-conscious and maintains overview;
• Communicative skills and able to connect different parties;
• Independent, proactive and takes ownership in projects.
