Your contributions

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the Field Service Team, consisting of 5 colleagues. Together with your team, you will provide technical support to our client's partners at home and abroad. Your duties are:

• The partners learn how to make use of our client's innovative products by setting up and conducting technical product training courses;
• Working with partners at home and abroad to commission our customer's products;
• Overseeing efficient staffing and monitoring schedules;
• You take responsibility for the level of knowledge and you find it important that projects are well documented.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for an adventurer who likes to see something of the world. Furthermore, you should have:

• A completed course in MBO or HBO Mechatronics or MBO Electrical Engineering;
• Knowledge of electrical, control and switchgear technology;
• Affinity with the agribusiness sector. Preferably several years' experience in a similar technical position;
• Good team collaboration but you also have no problem working independently when on site;
• Organisation skills have a constant eye on adhering to the agreed schedule;
• The right guidance to motivate and encourage your colleagues;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• A spirit of initiative and you are also flexible and driven.

Our client develops, manufactures and supplies climate computers, measuring and control equipment, weighing systems and monitoring equipment, including the associated management software. From modern business premises in Nederweert, the products find their way to our dealers in the agricultural sector all over the world.

Our client is based in Weert and easily accessible from Eindhoven, Budel, Someren and Roermond.
