Your contributions

As a Technical Commercial Advisor, you will be the strategic sparring partner for clients and construction partners. In addition, these are your responsibilities:

• You think strategically about the best technical solutions, identify bottlenecks early on and proactively suggest improvements;
• You will analyse technical specifications and translate them into efficient and feasible solutions within various construction projects;
• You advise clients and project teams on innovative applications and the latest technologies;
• You will prepare accurate calculations and quotations, integrate systems into architectural drawings and monitor the technical and financial feasibility of projects;
• You assess specifications, drawings and designs and advise on the optimal integration of installations and building structures;
• You will liaise with customers and suppliers on technical capabilities and pricing and manage outstanding quotations;
• After assignment, you will ensure a smooth handover to modellers, work planners and project leaders to ensure flawless execution;
• You will also perform post-calculations to evaluate technical and financial performance.

Your profile

For this vacancy, we are looking for someone with relevant work experience. Furthermore, you fit within the following profile:

• At least possess a completed college degree in mechanical engineering, installation engineering or similar, with at least 10 years of relevant experience;
• Available between 32-40 hours per week;
• You are skilled in interpreting construction drawings and combining architectural structures with installation solutions;
• You have in-depth knowledge of technical installations and their operation, with experience in the residential construction sector (preferred);
• You can effectively spar with clients, builders, installers and consultants, and experience chain collaboration for circular solutions;
• You have experience with Revit or similar 3D drawing programmes (preferred).

Your workplace

Our client is the specialist in mechanical ventilation. They work on diverse housing projects throughout the Netherlands: large, complex new-build and transformation projects as well as medium-sized projects and conceptual housing construction. Our client is involved from engineering to the delivery and installation of the mechanical ventilation.

The organisation is based in Ittervoort and easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, Echt and Heythuysen.
