Your contributions

As a Technical Sales Representative, you ensure that your customers are optimally satisfied with the service you provide. You do this with your technical knowledge and insight, among other things by correctly and promptly processing quotations and orders, with the aim of satisfying our customers. You accept and handle complaints. You are the link between the customer on the one hand and the sales, calculation, planning and work preparation departments on the other, in order to provide the customer with the best possible service and to be their sparring partner in the field of technology.

In short: this is a job in which you will have many daily contacts with customers, suppliers and professional, driven and enthusiastic colleagues.

Work/Core tasks:

• Speaking to customers and providing them with technical advice;
• Oversee the quality and completeness of the information provided;
• Based on information obtained from colleagues within the purchasing and sales departments in entering and supervising quotations;
• Complaint acceptance and handling;
• Processing orders and quotations in our ERP system.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has experience as an indoor (technical) Commercial Assistant. In addition:

• MBO thinking and working level;
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and affinity for an inside sales role;
• Command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
• Proficiency in German and/or English is a plus;
• Customer- and result-oriented, communicatively strong, driven, proactive and disciplined;
• No 9am-5pm mentality;
• Available 32-40 hours per week.
