Your contributions

As an In-House Technical Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers on technical and commercial matters. You will ensure that customers receive appropriate advice and that enquiries, quotations and orders are handled with care.
Your duties will include:

• Responding to customers by telephone and email and providing them with technical advice;
• Assess whether the information provided is complete and correct;
• Drafting, processing and following up on quotations;
• Processing and tracking orders in the ERP system;
• Coordinating with internal departments such as sales, planning, costing and work planning;
• Handling and resolving customer enquiries and complaints;
• Working alongside customers and acting as a technical sparring partner;
• Ensuring accurate and efficient communication between the customer and the organisation.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a technical sales assistant who is customer-focused and keen to take on responsibility. In addition:

• Do you possess MBO working and thinking level;
• Do you have demonstrable technical knowledge and an affinity for a technical office-based role;
• Do you work accurately and in a structured manner;
• Do you have good oral and written communication skills in Dutch, English and German;
• Are you customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented? You also work well independently and enjoy working as part of a team;
• Do you have a commercial mindset and enjoy working closely with clients? You are driven, flexible and willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
