Your reward

A salary between €2974.00 and €4248.00 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

Your contributions

You are the lynchpin between customer, technology and solution. Specifically, this means:

You will pick up support queries via phone and tickets and ensure that everything is neatly recorded and dealt with;
You will support installers with breakdowns and installation issues (including the more complex ones);
Using a test setup, you watch live and help with targeted solutions;
You guide customers step by step through breakdowns, from beeps to error messages, you keep a cool head;
Internal mechanics also know where to find you when they get stuck;
Wherever possible, you solve issues yourself, with help from the knowledge base and your colleagues;
Can't manage remotely? Then quickly link up with the right internal departments for follow-up;
Do you see opportunities to do things smarter or better? Gladly! Your input counts.

Your profile

This is what you bring to fill this role successfully:

Experience in a support role or a technical position within electrical or installation engineering;
You are preferably available full-time, 32 hours is negotiable;
You are fluent in the Dutch language;
You communicate easily and customer-focused (you stay calm even when it is busy);
You think in a structured way and get to the heart of a problem quickly;
You have an interest in engineering and would like to grow in this field.

Your contributions

As Technical Application Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, managing and further developing our applications. You will ensure that our systems not only work, but also become smarter.
You deal with:

Technical and functional management of our ERP package (Infor LN);
Linking different platforms (such as Lightspeed, Magento, Amazon and Bol.com) via APIs;
Building and maintaining automation scripts using, for example, PowerShell, Python or VBA;
Liaising with external IT partners and thinking along on improvements.

Your profile

You have an HBO working and thinking level and experience within technical application management. You enjoy diving into technology, but also know how to communicate well with colleagues and external partners. Further:

Are you stress-resistant, flexible and result-oriented;
Do you like to take responsibility and work independently;
Have an understanding of integrations between different platforms;
You are available full-time;
Do you have experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python or VBA);
Is experience with Infor LN a nice plus.
