Your contributions

As a buyer, you are the linchpin between commerce, logistics and suppliers. You play a crucial role in fulfilling our customer and delivery promise. As one of our two buyers, you are responsible for the daily procurement of order-related purchases and the preparation and processing of stock purchases based on a forecast. In addition, you will have the following tasks:

• You place purchase orders with our suppliers;
• You prepare stock purchases based on a forecast;
• You monitor pending purchase orders;
• You monitor delivery times;
• You follow up on delivery issues;
• You maintain supplier relationships and negotiate price, quality and delivery times.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills. In addition, you should have:

• A completed mbo or hbo education;
• You are available full-time;
• Preferably, you have completed NEVI or other procurement training;
• You preferably have experience in the manufacturing industry and/or with serial production processes.

Your workplace

Our client develops, manufactures and supplies climate computers, measuring and control equipment, weighing systems and monitoring equipment, including the associated management software. From modern business premises in Nederweert, the products find their way to our dealers in the agricultural sector all over the world.
