  • A salary of between €4,100.00 and €5,000.00 gross per month, depending on experience;

Your contributions

As QHSE Manager, you will act as both a strategic advisor and an operational manager. You will ensure that quality, working conditions and environmental policy are upheld throughout the organisation. You will work independently, without a team, and report directly to the management. You are responsible for maintaining, improving and implementing our HSE system and act as a technical sparring partner for all departments.
The QHSE environment is evolving rapidly: ISO 9001 is fully operational and must be maintained and further developed; ISO 14001 has recently been implemented; health and safety is your responsibility and is carried out in collaboration with our health and safety officer, and at least two audits are conducted annually by LRQA. This role requires a professional who can set their own direction, has strong technical knowledge and feels at home in a technical production environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the establishment, implementation, execution, management and improvement of the KAM policy in the organisation (ISO9001 and ISO14001);
  • Prepare and supervise external audits;
  • Advise management on KAM developments, risks and improvement actions;
  • Establish and manage work processes, instructions and procedures;
  • Identify changing laws and regulations and translate them into practical policies.

Your profile

You are keen on quality, driven by safety and strong in communication. In addition, you bring the following:

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Strong oral and written command of the Dutch language;
  • Strong technical background; 
  • Relevant knowledge and experience of KAM-related work;
  • Accuracy and analytical ability, with an eye for standards and regulations;
  • Solution-oriented and enterprising;
  • Experience in providing training is a plus.

Laboratory assistant

Are you accurate, analytical and do you feel at home in a laboratory environment where quality is paramount? We are looking for a Laboratory Assistant for a modern quality laboratory within a production environment. As a “Specialist Quality Control”, you are part of a team of five colleagues and work shifted day shifts. Does this sound interesting? Then read on quickly!

Your reward

Besides a full-time position in a shifted day shift, you can count on excellent working conditions:

  • A gross monthly salary of between €2,650.00 and €3,350.00 (full-time), depending on experience;
  • Allowance for working shifted shifts: €195.98 gross per month;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
  • Holidays, holiday pay and pension accrual;
  • Company fitness scheme;

You will work shifted shifts: morning shift: 07:00 to 15:30 or afternoon shift: 09:30 to 18:00. For this flexibility, you will receive the above fixed monthly allowance.

Your contributions

You will be working in a varied role in which you will carry out daily quality checks as well as being involved in research and development projects. Your duties will include:

  • Analysing raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products using various chemical and analytical methods;
  • Checking and interpreting measurement results and, on this basis, approving products;
  • Identifying unusual results and investigating them further in consultation with your line manager;
  • Discussing and coordinating results with colleagues from, amongst others, Production, Planning, Work Planning, QA and R&D;
  • Carrying out analyses of, amongst other things, alcohol content, density, Brix, acid number, clarity, colour and waste water;
  • Working with HPLC equipment and contributing to the management and development of analytical methods and standards;
  • Provide support with analyses for R&D projects and projects for other parts of the organisation.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who works with precision, is well organised and has a practical and flexible approach. You will also need to have the following:

  • A completed MBO+ qualification in Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology or a similar field;
  • Accuracy and a structured approach to work;
  • The ability to cope well with deadlines and a heavy workload;
  • An independent yet collaborative approach to work;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Experience with HPLC analysis is an advantage;
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
