Your contributions

For the Weert branch, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague: Bakery Team Leader. In this role, you will be in charge of up to 8 line employees.
As Bakery/Doughmaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for the entire process from dough preparation for our toast and rolled products to the baked product.

  • You can start up and convert machines; 
  • You implement the daily schedule; 
  • You solve single mechanical failures; 
  • You can anticipate and correct deviations within the production process (progress, quality). 

With your accuracy and experience, you contribute to an efficient process as well as a high-quality end product.

Your profile

You are a go-getter who gets energy from a production environment where quality and cooperation are key. Furthermore, you bring:

  • Experience as a doughmaker or baker within an industrial bakery (preferred)
  • Knowledge of and experience with quality standards such as HACCP, BRC, IFS and/or GMP+ (preferred); 
  • Technical understanding and affinity with machinery;  
  • Willingness to work 2 or 3 shifts;
  • Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing as well as the English language. 

You will work 75% year in a 3-shift and part of the year in 2 shifts: Morning shift from 06:00-14:00, Afternoon shift from 14:00-22:00, Night shift (starts on Sunday evening) 22:00-06:00.
