Process engineer

14 August 2026/in Projects, Technology Full-time

Are you technically skilled and does improving production processes give you a real buzz? Are you interested in turning new ideas and technologies into practical solutions that really work on the production floor? If so, this role as a Process Engineer could be just the thing for you. Read on to find out more!

Your reward

In return for your commitment, you’ll be offered a challenging role with a great deal of responsibility, scope for development and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on day-to-day operations. You can also look forward to:

  • A gross monthly salary of between €3,800.00 and €4,800.00, depending on knowledge and experience;
  • Travel allowance, accrual of holiday pay, holiday entitlement and pension;
  • A challenging role within an international and growing organisation;
  • Plenty of scope for taking the initiative and suggesting ideas for improvement;
  • A role involving responsibility and having a direct impact on production;
  • Collaboration with relevant colleagues within Production, R&D and Quality;
  • Plenty of opportunities for personal development;
  • An informal working atmosphere with short lines of communication and rapid decision-making.

Your contributions

You will work on a wide range of projects and be involved in the introduction and improvement of production processes. One day you might be supervising a trial production run, whilst the next you might be working with operators to resolve a technical issue. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Together with R&D, you will work on the introduction of new products, formulations and technologies within the production environment;
  • You will oversee pilot runs, trial runs and initial commercial production runs, from the preparatory stage through to a stable production process;
  • You analyse production processes, identify bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements;
  • You tackle technical challenges on the production floor independently and decisively. Together with operators, you work on practical and sustainable solutions;
  • You share your technical knowledge with operators and colleagues and support them through guidance, training and practical explanations;
  • You identify opportunities for process improvement and translate these into concrete initiatives that make a direct contribution to operations;
  • You act as the link between the production floor, R&D, technical specialists and management.

Your profile

You are curious, technically minded and keen to understand how processes work in practice. You enjoy being out and about on the shop floor and are energised by both technical improvements and getting colleagues on board with changes. You also have:

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Experience in a production environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and a practical, hands-on approach;
  • Technical insight and the ability to quickly get to grips with new processes;
  • Good communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information clearly to both operators and management;
  • An interest in training, coaching and knowledge transfer;
  • A structured approach to work;
  • A good command of Dutch and English.

Experience within the food industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. Candidates with experience in other technical production environments are also strongly encouraged to apply. Technical insight, a process-oriented mindset and the ability to engage colleagues in change are just as important. What’s more, you don’t need to know everything from day one. You’ll be given the opportunity to get to know the organisation, your colleagues and the processes thoroughly, and to develop step by step within the role.

Project Coordinator

31 July 2026/in Projects Full-time

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for technology and renovation projects? Does bringing people, technology and planning together give you a real buzz? As a project coordinator, you’ll ensure that challenging renovation projects run smoothly from start to finish. If so, apply for this role as Project Coordinator in Ittervoort!

Your reward

In return for your knowledge, commitment and sense of responsibility, you’ll receive excellent terms and conditions:

  • A gross monthly salary of between €3,500 and €4,500, commensurate with your experience;

  • 38 days off per year;

  • Holiday pay and a profit-sharing scheme;
  • A great deal of freedom and responsibility in your role;
  • Plenty of scope to develop yourself further and grow in your profession.

Your contributions

You are the one who keeps track of things when projects become complex. From the initial enquiry and technical preparation through to implementation and handover: you oversee the process, coordinate all parties involved and ensure that agreements are honoured.
With your approach, technical insight and collaborative spirit, you make a real difference. Thanks to your preparation and coordination, projects run smoothly, schedules remain on track and expectations are exceeded.

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire process of renovation projects: from the initial enquiry to handover. You will ensure that the technical aspects, planning and execution are perfectly aligned.
Your duties will include:

  • Managing projects from the initial application right through to completion;
  • Carrying out project surveys and translating requirements into technical solutions;
  • Carrying out cost estimates, engineering and technical draughting;
