We take care of the recruitment & selection of motivated flex workers who will work for you on a temporary basis. If the (extra) staffing requirement falls away, a temporary contract can be terminated quickly. BaanHuis strives to immediately move the flex worker on to a new challenge.
Secondment
Looking for a new colleague for a fixed period with clarity on start and end dates? Then secondment is the solution for you! After a probationary period, the secondment employee has job security until the end date. Does the employee want to terminate the contract? Then there is always a notice period.
