Your contributions

The HR Officer is responsible for all HR processes such as realising and following up on our client's HR policies and beyond:

• Monitor your daily HR mailbox;
• Keeping up-to-date and ensuring correct application of national legislation and internal company rules;
• Solicited and unsolicited advice to HR manager and executives;
• Implementing new legislation or projects;
• Drafting new processes and ensuring that ongoing processes are kept up-to-date;
• Ensuring the most efficient way of working;
• Guarding boundaries, but also seeking them out;
• Arrange salary changes;
• Conduct interviews with employees in the context of absenteeism, hiring, the appraisal cycle and possible dismissal.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• You have completed a college degree in HRM and several years of work experience in an HR department (2-5 years);
• You are available full-time;
• A good command of the Dutch, English and German languages in word and writing;
• You are assertive and self-directed;
• You are a kei at planning but also at ad hoc assistance;
• You can prioritise quickly and know how to keep an overview in times of pressure.
