As a commercial office assistant, your work is always service- and customer-oriented. You start at a fast-growing organisation and no two days are the same. You are the pivot between the customer and the rest of the organisation. As a commercial office employee, you are naturally proactive, eager to learn and commercially driven. Results give you energy and you have excellent communication skills. You listen carefully to customers and know how to creatively solve their challenges with our products. You are a valuable sparring partner both internally and externally. Colleagues and customers can rely on you: a deal is a deal and you always go the extra mile.

As a commercial office assistant, no day is the same. You are enthusiastic about providing customers with the best possible service! Or as we say; you will ensure a perfect fit, always taking our values of hospitality and attention with you towards our customers! Further:

• Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships and further expand and monitor the customer portfolio;
• Advise customers from enquiry to quotation;
• Making contract agreements and monitoring them;
• Monitoring/supervising major projects;
• Support the account managers;
• Practising hospitality towards our customers.

Your profile

Besides possessing excellent communication and organisational skills with a welcoming attitude, you can find yourself in the following profile:

• Available full-time (40 hours), 32 hours per week is also possible by mutual agreement;
• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Education in commercial economics is a plus;
• Commercial and results-oriented attitude;
• Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel;
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus but not essential.
