For this position, we are pleased to offer you the following:

• A gross monthly salary of between €3,000.00 and €3,600.00 (on a full-time basis), depending on knowledge and experience; 
• A part-time role of between 20 and 28 hours per week; 
• A temporary assignment to cover for someone on sick leave;

Your contributions

In this role, you will support the financial administration and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly. Your duties will include:

• Checking and processing purchase invoices;
• Forwarding and following up on invoices within the organisation;
• Checking and processing expense claims;
• Checking hours worked;
• Providing support with various financial and administrative tasks;
• Carrying out other administrative tasks as required.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience in financial administration;
• Works in a precise and structured manner;
• Is able to work independently and takes responsibility;
• Is available for 20 to 28 hours per week;
• Available to start at short notice.

Our client is based in Nederweert and easily accessible from Weert, Helmond, Roermond and Venlo.
