Your reward

In addition to being employed directly by our client, we offer you the following for the position of Head of Production:

• A salary between €4,500.00 and €6,000.00 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;
• Other secondary employment conditions include 25 days of holiday + 12 ADV days + sustainable employability days based on age and a year-end bonus of 3.5%;

Your contributions

In this role, you are the connecting link on the work floor: a visible leader who communicates clearly, provides direction and guides the team through a smooth and efficient production process. You are also responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing, coaching and developing foremen and production workers, using your leadership skills to ensure motivation, commitment and growth;
• Creating calm, clarity and clear communication within the production process, so that everyone knows what is expected and when;
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the production process and associated transport activities;
• Actively coordinating and collaborating with departments such as planning, purchasing, and quality control to achieve optimal production progress;
• Report clearly and in a structured manner to the Operations Manager and proactively advise on production capacity, improvements and investments;
• Managing and monitoring the maintenance of machinery and installations, with a focus on safety, efficiency and optimal use.

Your profile

For this position, we are seeking a strong and communicative leader with a technical background who knows how to motivate the team and continuously strives for improvement. We are also looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication skills; you communicate clearly, convincingly and connectively at all levels within the organisation;
• Strong and natural leadership; you know how to motivate, inspire and guide people in a goal-oriented manner;
• A completed technical higher professional education programme, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration;
• At least five years' experience in a managerial position within a production environment, preferably in the concrete or construction sector, with demonstrable knowledge of modern production methods and process optimisation;
• A results-oriented and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on continuous improvement in quality, safety and sustainability.
