Your contributions

As Head of Production, you will be responsible for the entire production process within a precast concrete company. You will ensure that daily production runs efficiently and monitor the quality of our products. Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Leading a team of foremen and production workers and motivating and developing your team;
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the production process and transport activities;
• Collaborate with other departments such as planning, purchasing and quality control to ensure production progress;
• Report to the Business Manager on results and advise on production capacity and investments;
• Manage the maintenance of machinery and equipment and ensure optimal use.

Your profile

For this vacancy, we are looking for someone with a keen eye for quality. Do you want to contribute to the growth of a dynamic concrete company? Then we are looking for you! In addition, you will bring the following:

• A completed technical education at college level (preferably towards Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Business Administration);
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the concrete or construction industry;
• Knowledge of modern production methods and experience in process optimisation;
• Strong leadership skills; you motivate and inspire your team;
• A results-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve;
• Eye for quality, safety and sustainability.
