Your contributions

As HR Business Partner, you are the main point of contact for the Oosterhout site regarding all personnel matters, from strategy to execution. Reporting to the Head of Plant and the Head of HR, you are the liaison between management and the rest of the organisation. In addition, these are your main challenges:

• You (co-)develop the HR strategy, which is in line with the organisational goals;
• You participate in various strategic (international) HR projects;
• You will advise and coach managers and employees on all HR issues and you will be responsible for the entire HR cycle;
• You use HR KPIs to steer and identify trends within the organisation;
• You develop and implement a training plan, which matches the organisational goals and the learning needs of employees;
• You encourage interactive learning by organising training courses, knowledge sessions and toolboxes;
• You supervise and coach executives on leadership.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a nice colleague who has the following profile:

• You have a completed college degree in Human Resource Management;
• You have a minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar role;
• You are excellent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• You communicate effectively with employees of all levels.
