Your contributions

As HR Business Partner, you are the point of contact for everything around all personnel matters, from strategy to execution. Reporting to the HR Manager, you are the link between management and the rest of the organisation. And further:

• You (co)develop the HR strategy, which aligns with the organisational goals;
• Participate in various strategic (international) HR projects;
• Advise and coach managers and employees on all HR issues and be responsible for all HR;
• Use your HR KPIs to steer and identify trends within the organisation;
• Develop and implement a training plan, which matches the organisational goals and learning needs of employees;
• Encourage interactive learning by organising training courses, knowledge sessions and toolboxes;
• Guide and coach executives on leadership.

Your profile

• You have a completed college degree in Human Recource Management;
• You have a minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar role;
• You are excellent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• You communicate effectively with employees of all levels.
