Your contributions

As a Commercial Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop into a fully-fledged Technical Commercial Employee within 18 months. Do you see gaining new business as a great challenge or are you someone who gets energy from maintaining customer relations and account management? Through learning-on-the-job you and your mentor will discover which specialisation suits you best!

Step-by-step apprentice commercial assistant:

1. Start of your training: You will walk with the experienced sales people for a few weeks, so that you get a better understanding of what this innovative industry is all about and how our sales department works.
2. Read, set, bootcamp:Time to roll up your sleeves. You will participate in our production and work preparation for 6 weeks, so that all facets of our business are covered.
3. New business vs account management: By now, you know the company well enough to go through sales and account techniques. In addition, you will go in-depth and specialise in the sales department. In what form will you do your bit.

Your profile

To start work as an Apprentice Commercial, you need at least an MBO+ or college education. Preferably in a commercial field. Should you have done another study or not graduated? You may still apply! Furthermore, we ask:

•  The Dutch language holds no secrets for you. Speaking and writing are flawless;
•  A commercial attitude;
•  Affinity with engineering;
•  Ambition to develop yourself within sales;
•  An enthusiastic and proactive attitude;
•  A driving licence B preferred.
