Your contributions

• As Senior Financial Controller, you are the first point of contact in Accounting;
• You are responsible for the annual work and the entire accounting of several entities (in and outside the Netherlands) including annual accounts with all related financial transactions and ratios (Tax, solvency);
• You monitor financial risks and our assets with great attention to detail;
• You advise and support the P&C cycle, identify risks and opportunities and respond accordingly;
• In your coordinating role as Senior Financial Controller, you will guide colleagues to a higher level by, among other things, translating processes into usable and clear manuals and/or management information towards the Management Board. So a strong affinity with various automation systems is definitely required;
• You come up with interesting improvement proposals and are able to convince others of your point of view.

Your profile

• You have an HBO/WO degree in accountancy or business economics;
• You are someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and be part of a Finance team;
• You are available 40 hours a week (32 hours also negotiable);
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international environment;
• You are able to compile single and consolidated financial statements and of course you are extremely familiar with financial journal entries;
• You are a wizard at planning and organising and can keep an overview in times of pressure and meeting deadlines.
• You have integrity, reliability and enjoy offering a listening ear to our staff;
• You like overview, accuracy, independence and structure and always have your affairs in neat order.
