Your contributions

As a Trade Show Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for organising and executing trade show projects and beyond:

• Analysing and researching new potential trade shows for participation or visits, as well as monitoring market changes and trends to optimise the trade show participation strategy;
• Conceiving and designing stands and product presentations that meet needs and requirements, taking into account available space and budget;
• Creating technical drawings and 3D models of the stand design, including all structural elements and materials;
• Actually building and installing the stand on site, working closely with other team members;
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the entire project, including budget management, supplier management and resolving any issues that arise during the process;
• Conducting regular checks to ensure that the booth meets the highest quality standards and safety regulations;
• Besides designing and building the stand, you will also be responsible for maintaining and looking after all materials and equipment used so that everything is and remains presentation-worthy at all times.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• You possess the necessary creativity and you know how to put it to good use;
• Experience in using various materials, tools and techniques for stand construction.
• You possess the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively;
• You possess the ability to plan work well, prioritise and meet deadlines;
• No 9 to 5 mentality. You are willing to work normal and sometimes flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
• You have attention to detail to ensure that the stand meets the highest quality standards and accurately matches the design concept.
