Your contributions

This is a position in a warehouse in Haelen and the following tasks will fall within your remit:

• Receiving returns;
• Check and process returned products/packages and process them administratively (in the WMS system);
• Placing products back on site, possibly using a reach truck;
• Products received vary in size and weight and therefore we expect good physical condition;
• Handle customer return-related queries by phone and email;
• Communication with customer regarding return handling.

Your profile

Are you an enthusiastic and keen-to-learn candidate with good communication skills? In addition:

• You hold at least a mbo 3 education;
• That you can work punctually and accurately;
• Preferably experience in logistics work;
• Preferably, you hold a valid reach truck certificate;
• Good verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch and English languages is a requirement;
• Good command of the Microsoft Office package;
• A commercial and customer-oriented attitude.
