Your contributions

As an Assembly Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising safety of assemblers on the various construction sites. Furthermore, the following tasks fall within your remit:

• Planning and coordinating ventilation installations.
• Prepares the project and determines all aspects of implementation.
• Supervises, monitors and corrects execution.
• Ensures proper materials, planning and teams on site.
• Oversee the progress of projects and monitor deadlines.
• Maintain close contact with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues.
• Ensuring quality and safety at construction sites incl. (supervising) recording according to WKB.
• Good written record of various agreements with the client, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good coordination with colleagues within our client in various areas.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You preferably have a technical background at MBO level and are a quick thinker;
• You are a true motivator with extensive leadership experience and the right technical background;
• You are available 32 - 40 hours a week, generally working 4 days a week on the projects and working 1 day a week in the office;
• You are someone who (re)recognises the talents in each team member and motivates people to keep developing;
• You are a leader who listens and asks through;
• You are flexible, proactive and a real team player with a (great) sense of responsibility.

Your workplace

Our client is the specialist in mechanical ventilation. They work on a variety of housing projects throughout the Netherlands. Both large and complex new construction and transformation projects, as well as medium-sized projects and conceptual housing construction. Our client is involved from engineering through to the delivery and assembly of the mechanical ventilation.

Our client is located in Ittervoort and is easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, Echt and Heythuysen.
