Your contributions
In addition to welcoming customers and visitors, your duties will include the following tasks:
- Professional and friendly customer contact via phone, e-mail and our ticketing system;
- Providing information on products, ordering procedures, delivery times, etc., among other things;
- Recording and following up customer interactions. Also ensuring correct administrative handling;
- Perform support work for our Office Account Managers & Customer Service team;
- Be able to switch quickly between different tasks and keep an overview.
Your profile
In addition to being able to work quickly and accurately as part of a team, we require the following from you:
- MBO-4 working and thinking level;
- You are available between 24 hours and 40 hours;
- Experience in speaking to customers over the phone;
- Experience in customer service, this is a plus;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You pick up issues proactively and have a great sense of responsibility;
- You are customer-friendly and stress-resistant;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus;
- You have experience with MS Office.
