Your contributions

Numbers, that's totally your thing. As a financial employee, you understand better than anyone that the financial figures have to be in order. You are experienced in Excel, and don't mind a pivot table or two. You also quickly master software applications and processes and take the initiative to improve these processes.

You will be part of the Finance department and contribute to administrative and controlling activities. You take care of various (monthly) declarations and contribute to the monthly and annual closures. You partly process yourself and support other departments in processing purchase invoices. You are also jointly responsible for preparing various reports, managing suspense accounts, (digital) archiving and providing operational support to the controller.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with a financial background. In addition, you fit within this profile:

• You function at a minimum MBO 4 level;
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a finance officer;
• You have a financial background;
• You master basic accounting skills;
• You have an affinity for (digital) coding of invoices;
• You have several years of demonstrable experience in accounting modules, SAP is a must;
• You are open to varied work, from financial issues to digital processing of invoices;
• You are results- and solution-oriented;
• You do not shy away from repetitive work, such as scanning or (digital) archiving;
• You are highly experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• You take initiative, have good communication skills and ask critical questions;
• You are structured, accurate and analytical;
• You have good social and written skills;
• Your command of the Dutch language in word and writing and experience with English and German is a plus.
