Office hours
Do figures, stock levels and working out the ins and outs of supply and demand give you a real buzz? Do you see it as a challenge to ensure that the right products are available at the right time? If so, we’ve got a great challenge for you!
You constantly monitor what comes in, what goes out, what is expected and where potential bottlenecks may arise. You analyse data, identify trends and translate these into concrete actions. This makes you a key link in the supply chain of MBP Packaging and the SME customers it supplies.
For this position, you will be offered a contract directly with our client! Apply via BaanHuis and your CV will be at the top of the pile.
Your reward
In this role, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of between €3,000.00 and €4,000.00 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on knowledge and experience;
- 26 days’ holiday, to be taken as you wish;
- A good pension scheme;
- A travel allowance;
- No compulsory closure of businesses;
- Travel allowance;
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.00;
- After your induction period, the opportunity to work from home one day a week;
- A permanent working relationship with an account manager;
- Plenty of scope to develop yourself and learn new things;
- Working within a stable organisation with a loyal customer base;
- Fun activities organised by the active staff association.
Your contributions
As a Supply Planner, you ensure an optimal stock balance. You analyse data, monitor stock levels and determine when and how much to purchase. In this way, you prevent both shortages and unnecessary surpluses. Your duties include:
- Analysing demand, supply and sales data;
- Monitoring and optimising stock levels;
- Drawing up and adjusting stock and supply plans;
- Identifying trends, anomalies and potential bottlenecks;
- Identifying the actions required to maintain optimal stock levels;
- Consult with the Purchasing, Sales and suppliers departments;
- Working with ERP, stock management and planning systems;
- Carrying out analyses and producing reports, and translating these into improvements.
So you won’t be involved in planning lorry journeys, but will mainly be looking at what is needed, when it is needed and how much is needed. You will work independently as a Supply Planner within the Purchasing department, where you will collaborate with a team of around seven colleagues.
Your profile
For this role, it is important that you understand how logistics, stock and the supply chain are interlinked. - Experience in logistics or the supply chain;
- He is good with figures, data and analyses;

- A good command of Dutch and English;
- is available for 40 hours a week.
Experience with an ERP, planning or stock management system is an advantage. A specific qualification in Supply Chain Management is not a requirement, but demonstrable knowledge and experience in logistics and stock management are.
