Your contributions

As a Finance Officer, your daily work, together with your colleagues, consists of processing the various financial accounts of the different private limited companies. And further:

  • Complete and correct updating of administrative tasks;
  • Updating various diaries (bank book, purchase book, sales book, etc.);
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly closures;
  • Processing various tax returns.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant demonstrable work experience of financial administration;
  • MBO 4 working and thinking level in the field of Finance;

Your contributions

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

  • You have a mbo+/hbo working and thinking level and a background in a financial administrative field;
  • You have extensive knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel;
  • You have an independent working attitude and a go-getter mentality;
  • You are available 32 - 40 hours per week;
  • You are accurate, have a flexible customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills;
  • Commercial acumen and an affinity with technology is essential;
  • Knowledge of the English and German languages in word and writing is a plus.

Your contributions

As Production Planner, your goal is to plan production as efficiently as possible. You naturally take into account the possible utilisation of machines, staff capacity, current stock and deadlines of customer orders.
A very dynamic position that you perform solo where no day is the same, in summary:

  • Drafting and monitoring production planning;
  • Ensure optimal deployment of staff and resources (staff planning is done by production manager);
  • Monitor delivery times and make adjustments where necessary;
  • Collaborate with the various departments such as purchasing, logistics, production and sales;
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions;
  • Create and manage master data in the ERP system.

Your profile

  • MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level, with experience in production planning or similar role;
  • You are analytically strong, think ahead and keep an overview in a dynamic environment;
  • You switch smoothly between departments and communicate clearly and effectively;
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office is a must;
  • You are available 40 hours a week preferably, 32 hours a week is also possible but spread over 5 days a week;
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
