Your contributions

As HR Advisor, you will ensure application of the HR tools and policies in the branches. You actively collaborate with key partners and provide coaching, direction and guidance to management. You love challenges and do not shy away from one easily. You also enjoy working on several things at once. You have a helicopter view, which enables you to set priorities. You can work well together, not only in a team but also with colleagues from the branches and departments in the office. You are pleasant to deal with and you are comfortable both verbally and in writing.

For this position, your duties will include the following:

• You actively identify needs at the company's various sites by analysing bottlenecks, among other things. This in cooperation with management, the HR department, the Operations department and the T&O department;
• You consider and advise on changes for employees in the workplace;
• Picking up HR projects, such as developing and implementing HR policies, organising training courses and conducting employee satisfaction surveys;
• Monitor and facilitate the execution of HR tasks within the established frameworks;
• Monitor a positive people-centred working environment together with key partners;
• Supporting the recruitment and selection processes, such as preparing/adapting vacancies and maintaining the application website;
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and provide general HR support.

Your profile

You are a driven HR professional who uses your knowledge, experience and personal approach to positively influence the connections between people and the organisation. In addition, you fit within the following profile:

• You have a hbo working and thinking level, preferably with a background in Social Work or Personnel and Labour;
• You have excellent consulting and coaching skills, you are a strong person, an initiator who knows how to get things done and is focused on achieving measurable results;
• You are available part-time for 24 hours;
• You are flexible in evening hours and weekends, should the situation demand it;
• You have a good command of Dutch and English both orally and in writing.

Your workplace

The organisation consists of a service office in Nederweert and further several branches in Limburg. The company has about 550 employees.
The service office consists of the HR, Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Communications, Maintenance, T&O departments.

Our client is located in Nederweert and is easily accessible from Weert, Roermond, Venlo and Eindhoven.
