Your contributions

In the role of Payroll Administrator, your focus is on payroll. You will be responsible for various tasks within payroll, such as payroll declarations and the set-up of payroll. In addition, you will work on:

  • Independently undertake payroll projects, such as the annual merger;
  • Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities within the payroll processes;
  • Closely monitoring developments in laws and regulations and applying them correctly;
  • Ensuring a smooth and correct annual transition;
  • Preparing for the annual audit;
  • Temporarily taking over tasks of back office colleagues in their absence.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a motivated professional with the following profile:

  • You have relevant work experience in a similar position;
  • You are a real go-getter who knows how to realise projects independently and purposefully;
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week, with the possibility of working from home 1-2 days a week.

Your workplace

Our client is based in Den Bosch and therefore easily accessible from Eindhoven, Tilburg and Nijmegen.

Are you communicatively strong and do you know how to coach people? Get started as a part-time HR Advisor at our client in Nederweert!

As HR Advisor, you will ensure application of the HR tools and policies in the branches. You actively collaborate with key partners and provide coaching, direction and guidance to management. You can work well together, not only in a team but also with colleagues from the branches and departments in the office. For this position, your duties will include the following:

  • You consider and advise on changes for employees in the workplace;
  • Picking up HR projects, such as developing and implementing HR policies, organising training courses and conducting employee satisfaction surveys;
  • Monitor and facilitate the execution of HR tasks within the established frameworks;
  • Monitor a positive people-centred working environment together with key partners;
  • Supporting the recruitment and selection processes, such as preparing/adapting vacancies and maintaining the application website;
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and provide general HR support.

Your profile

You are a driven HR professional who uses your knowledge, experience and personal approach to positively influence the connections between people and the organisation. In addition, you fit within the following profile:

  • You have a hbo working and thinking level, preferably with a background in Social Work or Personnel and Labour;
  • You have excellent consulting and coaching skills, you are a strong person, an initiator who knows how to get things done and is focused on achieving measurable results;
  • You are available part-time for 24 hours;
  • You are flexible in evening hours and weekends, should the situation demand it;
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English both orally and in writing.

Your workplace

The organisation consists of a service office in Nederweert and further several branches in Limburg. The company has about 550 employees.
The service office consists of the HR, Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Communications, Maintenance, T&O departments.

Our client is located in Nederweert and is easily accessible from Weert, Roermond, Venlo and Eindhoven.
