HR Business Partner

Your reward

As well as a challenging role within a professional organisation, you can look forward to:

  • A gross monthly salary of between €4,000.00 and €6,500.00, depending on your knowledge and experience; 
  • A temporary assignment from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 inclusive;
  • 24 hours per week, increasing to 32 to 36 hours per week from December onwards due to the implementation of an HR project;
  • A varied and independent HR role with a great deal of responsibility;
  • A role in which you make a significant contribution to the development of staff and the organisation;
  • A professional working environment with dedicated colleagues.

Your contributions

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a sparring partner for managers and advise them on a wide range of HR issues. You will provide support in the areas of organisational development, workforce planning and the further development of teams and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising management on organisational development, strategic workforce planning and team development;
  • Analysing HR data and translating insights into practical recommendations;
  • Supporting managers throughout the appraisal cycle and in setting development targets;
  • Supporting teams during change and development processes;
  • Providing advice on staffing issues, job classifications and terms and conditions of employment;
  • Managing complex HR cases, such as absenteeism, poor performance and workplace disputes;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policy and HR tools.

Your profile

As an HR professional, you know better than anyone how to bridge the gap between strategic HR objectives and day-to-day practice. You bring knowledge, experience and a proactive approach to the role. In addition, you have:

  • A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in Human Resource Management;
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role;
  • Experience in analysing, interpreting and applying HR data;
  • Knowledge of organisational development, strategic workforce planning and change management processes;
  • Experience with job evaluation and job classification based on HR21;
  • Experience in advising and supporting management on complex HR issues;
  • An excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Our client is based in Venlo and is therefore easily accessible from Weert, Roermond, Panningen and Eindhoven.
