For an organisation based in Echt, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee (Dutch language required!).

• Part-time working from home: full-time (2 days), part-time (1 day), after familiarisation period including full home office;
• Sufficient leave days, including a company closure between Christmas and New Year's where half of the hours are reimbursed by the employer.

Your contributions

In this role, you will be responsible for efficient and correct processing of incoming orders, monitoring delivery times and maintaining customer contact.
Your duties include:

• Entering and processing orders;
• Customer service via phone and email;
• Coordination with production sites on deliveries;
• Monitoring delivery times;
• Handling complaints;
• Support inside sales;
• Proactively think about process improvements.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• MBO+ working and thinking level;
• Preferably experience in a commercial or administrative position;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is an advantage;
• Customer-oriented, commercially minded and driven, with a strong team mentality;
• Experience with ERP systems and Office, or willingness to learn this quickly;
• Available for 31 to 39 hours per week (Friday is a mandatory working day).

Your workplace

You will be working for a technical wholesaler that provides customised solutions for various sectors. The organisation is part of a German group and operates for the entire Benelux from its office in Echt. There is a lot of international contact with the head office and various production locations in Europe.
The location is easily accessible from Weert, Roermond, Sittard, Geleen, Heerlen and the border area with Belgium and Germany, among others.
