Your contributions

As a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader, you will be working on the shop floor on a daily basis and, together with your colleagues, ensuring that the logistics process runs smoothly. You will combine hands-on work with managing and supporting your colleagues, and help to achieve the set KPIs.
Your duties will include:

  • Actively participating in the picking and packing process;
  • Managing, supervising and motivating staff, or supporting the Team Leader with day-to-day management;

  • Monitoring the progress of day-to-day logistics processes and setting the right priorities;

Your profile

For these roles, we are looking for an enthusiastic logistics professional with a hands-on approach. Depending on your experience, you may be eligible for the role of Assistant Team Leader or Team Leader. We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • At least an MBO level of working and thinking (for the role of Team Leader, a minimum of MBO level 4 is required);
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a logistics environment;
  • For the Team Leader role: at least 2 years’ managerial experience, preferably within logistics;
  • A good command of spoken and written English. A command of Dutch is an advantage;
  • Demonstrable leadership qualities or the ambition to progress to a managerial role;
  • A meticulous, independent and proactive approach to work;
  • Good communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Full-time availability and a willingness to work varying shifts between 07.00 and 23.30;
