• A salary between €3500.00 and €4000.00 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

Your contributions

As Logistics Team Leader, you will ensure that the warehouse runs smoothly and production never comes to a standstill. You manage colleagues and actively participate yourself. You feel at home in a technical environment or affinity with technology. Do you not yet have much experience in managing colleagues? Then you will be given room to develop in this area. You will also work on the following tasks:

• You divide the work, monitor the schedule and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done;
• You ensure that orders reach the right departments on time and in full;
• You will load and unload goods, process returns and keep an overview of the shop floor;
• You book goods in the ERP system and arrange transport documents;
• You will check incoming goods and oversee correct working methods;
• You identify bottlenecks and actively think about how to work more efficiently;
• You liaise with planning and work preparation for optimal throughput.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• MBO+ working and thinking level in a logistics field;
• Experience in a warehouse environment and a directing role such as (cooperating) foreman or team leader is nice to have;
• A valid forklift certificate;
• You keep an overview, think in solutions and shift gears quickly in unexpected situations;
• You communicate clearly and know how to bring colleagues into the work;
• You speak enough English and/or German to speak to drivers well;
• Experience with ERP systems and administrative processing.
