Your contributions

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for our client's financial management and reporting. In addition:

Lead a diverse team of finance professionals;
Work closely with management and stakeholaders to ensure the financial health and growth of the organisation;
Consolidate your financial data from multiple PLCs;
Draft and present reports to external stakeholders, including banks and private equity investors;
You will develop strategic financial plans, manage budgets and ensure timely and accurate reporting;
You will act as a sparring partner for the CFO and management;
You contribute strategic advice and initiate improvement projects;
You will supervise the integration of new add-ons within our client's structure.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a strong communicator who is results-oriented, knows how to improve processes, with an eye for both people and organisation. In addition:

You have a completed college or university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a complex or project-based environment;
You have experience with consolidation and reporting towards external stakeholders, such as banks and private equity parties;
You have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems and can work well with tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for the entire Turn Around process and lead the team. You ensure that the processes run smoothly and steer by outline;

Monitor risks and ensure that budget, quality and time schedule are met;
Work with the Turn Around Centre of Excellence to improve processes and find innovative solutions;

Your profile

You have completed a master's or bachelor's degree in a technical field;
Minimum 5 years' experience in Turn Arounds or large projects is a must;
You are fluent in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
