Production worker

Are you a real Production Employee/Operator with a hands-on mentality? Do you like working with your hands, are you accurate and physically strong? Then we have just the job for you!

  • A gross hourly wage of €15.38 gross per hour;
  • Travel allowance;
  • Holiday pay, holidays;
  • 1 hour break per day with the following arrangement: 30 minutes paid break (gift from employer), 30 minutes unpaid break;

Your contributions

As a Production Employee/Operator, you play an indispensable role in our production process. You ensure that raw materials are converted into a finished product for your colleagues to work with. We provide you with a good start and training so that you can eventually operate the entire machine independently. Your responsibilities include:

  • Mixing raw materials according to the correct dosage;
  • Performing interim checks and reporting faults or areas for improvement;
  • Monitoring the quality and safety of products and your working environment;
  • Adjust the process based on interim measurements and analyses;
  • Keeping machines and your workplace clean;
  • Careful and quality-conscious working with an eye for detail.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

  • You are available full-time in day shift from 07:30 to 16:00;
  • You are fluent in Dutch;
  • You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working with your hands;
  • You can work well independently and in a team;
  • Technical understanding is a plus.

Our client is based in Weert and is therefore easily accessible from Roermond, Echt, Venlo and Maarheeze.
