Your contributions

As a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader, you will be working on the shop floor on a daily basis and, together with your colleagues, ensuring that the logistics process runs smoothly. You will combine hands-on work with managing and supporting your colleagues, and help to achieve the set KPIs.
Your duties will include:

  • Actively participating in the picking and packing process;

Your profile

For these roles, we are looking for an enthusiastic logistics professional with a hands-on approach. Depending on your experience, you may be eligible for the role of Assistant Team Leader or Team Leader. We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • At least an MBO level of working and thinking (for the role of Team Leader, a minimum of MBO level 4 is required);
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a logistics environment;
  • For the Team Leader role: at least 2 years’ managerial experience, preferably within logistics;
  • A good command of spoken and written English. A command of Dutch is an advantage;

  • A market-compliant salary of €14.98 gross per hour according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Professional Goods Transport; 
  • After 40 hours a week overtime pay of 130%; 
  • Travel allowance for commuting distance; 
  • A fixed-term employment contract to start and, on good performance, permanent; 
  • Opportunity to progress within the company as a C and CE driver (if this is your desire); 
  • An independent position with a lot of freedom;
  • Pleasant working hours (you start loading the bus at 07:00 and end of working day is between 16:00-17:00 approximately;

Then we have a job as a distribution driver/courier for you. The work is a day shift between 07:00 and 18:00. The days can be long and overtime is part of the job. At weekends and in the evenings, you will be at home. Your rides will be in the region of Brabant, Limburg and part of Belgium.

Your contributions

Are you looking for a varied job in which you have contact with our customers? Do you put a smile on your face when you have neatly transported all parcels or shipments? Then we have a job as a distribution driver/courier for you. The work is a day shift between 07:00 and 18:00. The days can be long and overtime is part of the job. At weekends and in the evenings, you will be at home. Your journeys will be in the region of Brabant, Limburg and part of Belgium. The work consists of self-loading your van with parcels (up to 30kg). You have your own route on a day you drive in which you have 50-60 stops, so you regularly go in and out of the van. 

Your profile

Most importantly, you must be physically fit as you will start the day by loading parcels yourself. Furthermore, you are:

  • In possession of driving licence B;
  • Do you have experience driving a bus; 
  • You live in the region of Weert (maximum 20 km.); 
  • You have a flexible attitude to work and are available for at least 32 hours per week;
  • You are presentable, customer-friendly and service-oriented;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing; 
  • You work carefully and have a great sense of responsibility.

Your workplace

Our client is a specialist in fine-meshed distribution. For many small, medium-sized and large companies, they come everywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium every day. They deliver parcels, packages and pallets in many shapes and sizes. And take back the returns and packaging. The drivers come to offices, companies, care institutions, shopping streets and promenades from Monday to Friday. An average of 20,000 shipments a day, often with several parcels or pallets per consignment.

The client is based in Weert, which is the departure location.
