Your reward

For this position, we are happy to offer you in addition to a contract with our client;

  • A basic salary between €3050.00 - €3300.00 gross per month + a fixed shift bonus of 18% which works out to a total: €3600.00 - €3900.00 gross per month including shift bonus (depending on experience);
  • The above salaries are based on a 38-hour working week;

Your contributions

As an Operator, you are an important link in the production process. You:

  • Operates, monitors and adjusts production machines;
  • Identifies and fixes (minor) malfunctions;
  • Performs quality checks and records production data;
  • Actively thinks about process improvements;
  • Works with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient production process. 

You will work 3 shifts and be assigned to a fixed shift. You therefore have a fixed schedule throughout the year. A shift consists of 6 employees.
Working hours are from 06.00-14.00, or 14.00-22.00. If you have a week's night shift, you will work from 22.00-06.00 and the working week starts at 22.00 on Monday evening. 

Your profile

  • Mastering the Dutch language is mandatory. And furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
    • You have experience as an Operator in a production environment (or are motivated to learn);
    • You are willing to work in a 3-shift (fixed schedule);  
    • You have a feeling and interest in basic engineering and have two right hands; 
    • You work accurately and have an eye for quality and safety;
    • You are in good physical condition;
    • You live in the Weert area;
    • You are a team player with a proactive attitude.

    Hands-on Logistics Team Leader

    • A salary of between €2,800.00 and €3,700.00 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on knowledge and experience;

    Your contributions

    As a Hands-on Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of logistics operations. You will play an active role on the shop floor and, together with your colleagues, ensure that materials, stock and dispatches are well organised.
    Your duties will include:

    • Managing, guiding and supporting colleagues within the logistics department;
    • Allocating tasks and ensuring an efficient division of labour;
    • Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods administratively;
    • Managing stock and ensuring the warehouse is tidy and well-organised;
    • Collecting and moving materials internally to the production department;
    • Carefully packing and preparing orders for dispatch;
    • Loading and unloading trucks;
    • Monitoring stock data and ensuring accurate logistics records;
    • Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing ideas for improvements to logistics processes;
    • Contributing ideas on the design and use of the ERP system;
    • Coordinate with production and colleagues on planning, materials and progress.

    Your profile

    For this role, we are looking for a logistics professional who enjoys taking on responsibility and who is energised by organising and improving processes.
    In addition:

    • Do you have experience in logistics or a warehouse environment;
    • Do you enjoy managing, supporting and motivating your colleagues;
    • Are you a hands-on person who likes to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in;
    • Do you work accurately, keep track of everything and think ahead;
    • Can you work independently and take responsibility for your work;
    • Do you have experience with ERP systems, or would you like to develop your skills in this area?;
    • Do you communicate clearly and have a good command of the Dutch language;
    • Do you hold a forklift licence? That’s a bonus. If you don’t have one yet, you can obtain it through us.

    Our client is a supplier in the technical sector specialising in filter systems. They supply products and advice to professional clients, combining practical experience with product development and innovation.

    Our client is based in Ittervoort and is therefore easily accessible from the Weert, Eindhoven, Roermond and Sittard areas.
