Your contributions

For this vacancy, you will be responsible for planning and organising the work of your employees, further professionalising the department, improving current processes and ensuring that we work in compliance with all laws and regulations. As Teamlead, you set the right example and actively cooperate. Furthermore, the following tasks fall within your remit:

• Preparation of export declaration and export documents;
• Invoicing customer projects, service projects and services to customers around the world;
• You will report to your immediate supervisor;
• You interact a lot with the logistics department, project managers, carriers and freight forwarders.

Your profile

A critical eye is important for this position. And furthermore, you will bring the following with you:

• You have a completed college education, preferably in logistics
• You are proficient with SAP or an ERP system
• You have experience with export documents and export declarations in an international environment
• English language is a must, German language is an advantage
• You are accurate, stress-resistant, eager to learn, a fixer with good organisational skills and know how to motivate people
• You are available for 36 - 40 hours a week, have a hands-on approach and take initiative.

Its portfolio of intelligent and sustainable technologies includes stand-alone machines as well as complete systems and services. Application areas in the pharmaceutical industry include production, processing, filling, inspection and packaging of liquid and solid medicines (such as syringes and capsules).
