Your contributions
As a Business & IT Consultant/Coordinator, you play a key role in improving the way an organisation operates. You analyse processes, identify opportunities and translate the organisation’s requirements into practical solutions. You work at the interface between business and IT and ensure that improvements are not only conceived but also actually implemented. Through your approach, you help make the organisation more efficient, agile and forward-looking.
As a Business & IT Consultant, you ensure that business processes and IT solutions are optimally aligned. You identify opportunities for improvement, analyse existing processes and translate the needs of various departments into concrete solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing and improving business processes;
- Identifying the wishes and needs of users and stakeholders;
- Translating business challenges into practical IT solutions;
- Coordinating improvement projects and implementations from start to finish;
- Monitoring progress, priorities and dependencies within projects;
- Collaborating with internal teams, key users and external IT partners;
- Supporting users through changes to processes and systems.
You will ensure that improvements are properly implemented and that new working methods are suited to everyday practice. In doing so, you will actively contribute to a culture in which continuous improvement is the norm.
Your profile
You are a collaborative professional who thrives on improvement, teamwork and organisation. You understand both the needs of the business and the possibilities offered by IT, and know how to bring them together.
In addition, you will have:
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Experience of, or an interest in, business applications and information systems, such as ERP, PIM, WMS, AFAS or similar systems;
- The ability to analyse business processes and translate them into concrete improvements;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at different levels within an organisation;
- A proactive, structured and independent approach to work;
- A practical approach and a healthy dose of teamwork.
You are someone who doesn’t just look at systems, but above all understands how people and processes work together to ensure an organisation runs smoothly.

Our client is a group of companies within the technical installations sector that specialises in ventilation solutions. By combining various areas of expertise, they work to improve indoor climate solutions for a wide range of clients. The focus is on innovation, collaboration and the continuous improvement of processes and working methods.
Our client is based in Nederweert and is therefore easily accessible from Weert, Roermond, Venlo and Eindhoven.
