Your contributions
Your day as a breakdown and maintenance engineer starts with a cup of coffee, followed by an inventory of planned tasks. You then go straight to work with a good dose of enthusiasm. In the course of the day, some unplanned tasks will come your way. For instance, you solve unexpected malfunctions and assist with production problems. After lunch, you continue setting up robots. Finally, you end the day by making your own modifications to one of our newest machines. At this company, every day is different. That's what makes the work so much fun. Further:
- You enjoy working independently to locate and fix daily malfunctions in the control, mechanical and electrical fields;
- Locating and rectifying faults in the production technology field also energises you;
- You perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to daily schedule;
- You take the initiative to propose changes to maintenance plans;
- You get excited about building, self-engineering and modifying our own machines, both mechanical and electrical;
- You think proactively about solutions and advice for our technical projects.
Your profile
- You have completed a technical education (preferably Mechatronics) (at least MBO level 3);
- Experience with 3D engineering software (HiCad, SolidWorks, Inventor or SolidEdge) is a plus, but our experienced engineers are ready to teach you the ropes;
- Reading drawings and E-schemes is an advantage;
- You are open to honing your technical knowledge on PLC technology and simple turning and milling;
- As a true techie, you have an affinity for robots and engineering;
- You can work both independently and as part of a team and have good communication skills;
- You are handy, flexible, proactive and customer-oriented;
- You have a command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
