Your contributions

As Operator Food, you will be responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly within the industrial bakery. You will ensure that:

  • The machines start up and are operated, converted and adjusted where necessary;
  • The daily schedule is carried out and you prioritise well;
  • Mechanical failures detected and simple technical problems solved;
  • Deviations in the process are actively signalled and followed up, so that progress and quality are safeguarded;
  • With your accuracy and hands-on mentality, you contribute to an efficient process as well as a strong end product.

Your profile

You are someone who enjoys working in a production environment where teamwork and quality are key. Furthermore, you bring:

  • Experience in a production environment within food or bakery preferred or as an operator with an affinity for machine;
  • Willingness to work full-time on a 2- or 3-shift basis;
  • Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both verbal and written;
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as HACCP, BRC, IFS and/or GMP+ is a plus.

You will work 75% year in a 3-shift and part of the year in 2 shifts: - Morning shift from 06.00-14.00 - Afternoon shift from 14.00-22.00 - Night shift 22.00-06.00.
